Angel City VA is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our remote team serving US-based clients. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of US bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of financial statements, and meticulous data entry skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines is essential.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting degree, and excellent communication are required. This full-time role includes a graveyard shift (MNL time) and remote work flexibility.

Formación

• 1+ years of proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting roles
• Must be comfortable doing graveyard shift (MNL TIME) on a Fulltime basis
• Proficient in using QuickBooks
• Accounting Degree required
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process and reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial statements
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports, summaries, and analysis to clients
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist clients in budgeting and financial planning
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Help clients streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
• Provide support and guidance to clients on financial matters
