Higher Options is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial records for their accounting firm. The role requires at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices, and proficiency in tools like QuickBooks Online.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $2500 to $3000 per month, a flexible remote work environment, and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• At least 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably 5.
• Experience with U.S. accounting practices is required.
• Real estate asset depreciation experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily, monthly, and yearly transactions accurately.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for insight.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
