Howard Financial is seeking a Senior Accountant to own month-end close for vacation rental clients, manage reconciliations, and prepare financial statements for property and portfolio levels.

Role involves mentoring junior staff, coordination with controllers, and client-facing collaboration across multiple accounts. Requires 3–5+ years in accounting with vacation rental or property management exposure; US GAAP knowledge preferred.

Formación

• Own full month-end close for vacation rental clients including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review and mentor junior accountants to ensure accuracy before close.
• Prepare and analyze P&L and balance sheet at property/portfolio level.

Responsabilidades

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for client portfolios.
• Maintain and improve documentation of accounting procedures for vacation rental revenue cycle.
