Scale Virtually LLC is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Sales/Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and convert interest into qualified opportunities. You will qualify prospects based on intent, budget, and readiness, schedule discovery calls, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining CRM records.

The role is remote, full-time contractor, requiring independent work, fast-paced output, and availability during US business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable handling voice calls with prospects.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from multiple channels.
• Qualify prospects based on buying intent, budget, and readiness.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
• Schedule discovery calls and follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update statuses in the CRM.
• Support CRM migration and process improvements as needed.
• Publish approved content and engage on social media.
• Keep sales records organized and communicate with the team.
