Upcision is hiring a remote lead verification / appointment setter to support our B2B outreach. You will handle high-volume calls and emails to convert replies into qualified meetings for our clients.

You should be self-motivated, resilient, and able to think on your feet; 3+ years in phone sales and CRM/dialer experience are ideal. Base pay $1500/month with OTE up to $2000/month.

• 3+ years in phone sales.
• 3+ years experience with dialers/CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
• Self-starter with fast learner.
• You don't give up easily and stay persistent.
• Meticulous and reliable in handling data.
• Growth mindset with leadership interest.
• You think on your feet and avoid reading a script.

• Conduct 150+ outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Send 30-40 emails per day to prospects.
• Convert replies into qualified meetings for clients.
• Engage with American business owners in real conversations.

We're a B2B lead generation company hiring a remote lead verification / appointment setter. We run high-volume outbound cold email campaigns for our clients. You will call positive replies and convert them into qualified leads and appointments for our clients. 150+ calls a day. 30-40 emails. Real conversations with American business owners.

You have a presence and can take \"sure, tell me more\" and turns it into a qualified meeting.

About you:

3+ years in Phone Sales

3+ years experience with dialers/CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

Self-starter who is a quick learner

You don't take \"no\" for an answer

You're meticulous

You want an opportunity that can grow into team leadership/management

If you're natural, confident, and can think on your feet when a prospect asks a question you weren't expecting, you'll do well here. If you sound like you're reading a script, you won't make it past day one.

We pay $1500/month base with OTE that can reach $2000/month
