Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client cases throughout litigation lifecycle, including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing questions or concerns.
• Work with attorneys to prepare legal documents, gather evidence, and develop case strategies.
• Monitor deadlines, statutes of limitations, and internal timelines for compliance.
• Assist with discovery responses and various legal pleadings.
• Maintain organized case files with complete and accurate documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients, experts, and stakeholders for timely information flow.
• Research case law, statutes, and regulations to support strategy.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
