Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
Minimum 3 years of translating customer requirements into technical architectures in enterprise IT environments.
Minimum 2 years of building and delivering live software demonstrations, PoCs, or customer evaluations.
Experience supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives across enterprise accounts.
Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboarding, and live product demonstrations to illustrate ROI.
Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility, displace competitors, and accelerate deal closure.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering for field feedback.
