Job summary

Cisco's Solutions Engineering team for Splunk is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical discovery, design, and validation with enterprise accounts from Colombia. This remote role collaborates with Account Executives to demonstrate ROI through PoCs, live demos, and architecture reviews.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in technical pre-sales, strong enterprise IT experience, and a Bachelor's in CS/IT/EE. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering
3+ years translating business requirements into technical architectures
2+ years delivering live demos or PoCs
Experience with enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infra, or observability/data analytics
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or related field

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
Deliver technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and live product demos to illustrate ROI.
Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility and accelerate deals.
Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering to provide field feedback and expand account penetration.
