Job summary

Quiroga Law Office PLLC seeks graduates in Law, Political Science, or related fields with legal experience and advanced English (C1+). Recent graduates without immigration experience are encouraged to apply.

You will draft case documents, review supporting information, communicate with clients, and maintain complete and accurate case files to ensure readiness for Attorney review and next steps.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Law or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher for speaking and writing.
• Legal experience including document drafting, review, or supporting attorneys.
• Fluency in Spanish with professional communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft letters, forms, declarations, briefs, and other case documents for Attorney review.
• Review client information and supporting documents for inconsistencies.
• Assemble and review case packets for completeness and readiness.
• Prepare briefs and documentation for client interviews and signatures.
• Coordinate document processing with internal teams and track deadlines.
• Maintain accurate information in the case management system.
