The Language Doctors is seeking an entry-level Paralegal to support USCIS form preparation and immigration case management in a remote role. You will prepare and review filings, organize documentation, track progress, and ensure compliance with USCIS submission standards.

Candidates should be law students or recent graduates, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong organizational skills. The role offers flexible hours and clerical support within immigration processes.

Formación

• Law student or recent law graduate with a strong interest in immigration law.
• Prior experience in legal support or case management
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to a flexible schedule

Responsabilidades

• Complete USCIS forms (N-400, I-130, I-485, DACA, etc.) with client-provided info
• Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining immigration case files.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates.
• Support the preparation and submission of USCIS forms.
• Work with team members to maintain accurate case documentation.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Refer clients to attorneys if legal advice is needed
