A dynamic immigration law firm is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) professional to conduct client interviews and manage case documentation. This fully remote role requires at least one year of experience in U.S. immigration law and focuses on gathering critical facts for legal narratives. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication and empathy skills, combined with a detail-oriented approach. The firm offers flexible hours and promotes a supportive work environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Immigration Law for U.S.-based firms.
• 1+ year in Declaration Interviewer, Case Strategist, or Legal Assistant roles.
• Ability to handle emotional conversations professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep-dive declaration questionnaires with clients.
• Translate client responses from Spanish to English.
• Review client packages for accuracy before filing.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team.
