Foundever® is hiring a Collections Agent for a 100% remote position in Colombia. You will locate debtors, contact them to discuss overdue amounts and payment status, and aim to resolve accounts efficiently.

The role requires English at B2+ level, experience in BPO/collections is desirable, and you should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently from home.

Formación

• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Locating and contacting debtors to discuss overdue amounts and payment status.
• Negotiating payment plans, deadlines, or settlements to a percentage of the debt.
