Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a client-facing role such as customer service, intake, receptionist, or sales.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Active listening with the ability to guide conversations smoothly.
• Ability to build rapport quickly while staying professional.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle ~5 calls per hour delivering high-quality client interactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the front-of-house team.
• Review inquiries to assess case viability on platforms like Justia or Intaker.
