Bamboo Works is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to own the top of the sales funnel for offshore staffing solutions. You will identify target companies, book qualified meetings, and build a scalable pipeline working with an international client base in a fully remote, contractor-enabled role.

You will define ICP, test channels, and deliver warm opportunities to the sales team. Candidates should show strong English skills, 3+ years in B2B lead generation, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in B2B lead generation, with a proven record of generating clients for staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO.
• You can share funnel numbers (outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, closed clients) and KPIs.
• You can build targeted lead lists and identify buying signals independently.
• You write and speak English excellently and can own targets in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies seeking offshore staff.
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile.
• Spot buying signals indicating readiness to offshore and act on them.
• Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone; test, measure, and optimize channels.
• Qualify and warm prospects for the sales team; keep CRM clean and updated.
• Report full-funnel metrics from first touch to closed client and iterate.
