Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our sales funnel by identifying target companies for offshore staffing and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This highly autonomous role partners with leadership to test channels and refine the ideal customer profile, delivering warm, qualified opportunities for our growth.

You will independently build a predictable pipeline, working with international clients in a fully remote setup as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in B2B lead generation with proven client acquisition for staffing/recruitment/outsourcing/BPO
• Able to share funnel numbers (outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, closed clients)
• Capable of building targeted lead lists and identifying buying signals independently, without relying on expensive tools

Responsibilities

• Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with companies seeking offshore staff
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile; spot buying signals indicating offshore readiness
• Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels; test, measure, and optimize
• Qualify and warm up prospects so sales receives ready-to-close opportunities
• Maintain a clean CRM and report full-funnel metrics from first touch to closed client
