100Hires is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on automating recruiting workflows for SMBs worldwide. We are hiring a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, conduct live demos, and tailor outreach to each lead’s needs in a fully remote setup.

You will map customer pain points to our features, write personalized follow-ups, and maintain CRM hygiene while thriving in a fast-paced, async environment with uncapped commissions.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year selling B2B SaaS with ACV $2K-$10K.
• HR tech, recruiting or ATS experience is a plus.
• Strong live demos and objection handling.
• Ability to write tailored email sequences and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close with live demos.
• Map customer pain points to 100Hires’ features and use cases.
• Write personalized follow-up emails and craft sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and educate leads on value propositions.
• Evangelize the product and maintain CRM hygiene to prevent lost opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
