BruntWork is seeking a high-energy outbound appointment setter to drive web design and local SEO leads for a US-based client. You will work 100% remotely, making B2B calls to small business owners, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Must be a strong communicator, able to handle objections, and stay motivated with daily call targets. English and Spanish bilingualism is a plus, with reliable internet and US-hours availability required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication with a natural, conversational tone.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence through rejection.
• Self-motivated with discipline to meet daily call targets.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Reliable internet and availability during US business hours.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (web design/SEO) helps credibility.
• Experience with outbound CRMs and power dialers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.
• Qualify prospects by assessing need for web design, SEO, and digital presence.
• Schedule and secure commitments to reduce no-show rates.
• Maintain records of call activity, lead status, and outcomes in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and increase show-ups.
