You will update scheduling and CRM records, follow up with leads, confirm details to minimize no-shows, and collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and a professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting appointments and scheduling meetings.
• Lead generation to identify and qualify prospective clients.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with remote work and reliable internet.
• Ability to manage time, handle high outreach volume, meet targets.
• Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or call center preferred but not required.
• Professional, courteous phone and written etiquette with careful record-keeping.
