Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking experienced outbound calling professionals to qualify consumers and connect eligible individuals with licensed representatives through live transfers. This remote, full-time role requires EST business hours and a track record of high-volume calling success.

You will qualify leads, obtain permission and complete accurate live transfers, staying compliant and professional throughout every call while meeting campaign targets and maintaining CRM notes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume outbound calling experience.
• Experience qualifying leads and completing warm/live transfers.
• History of meeting call/transfer targets.
• Experience using a dialer like Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools or Readymode.
• Solid CRM record keeping and accurate dispositions.
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumer leads using an outbound dialer.
• Follow scripts, introductions and compliance requirements.
• Ask focused questions to determine campaign eligibility.
• Explain the reason for the call clearly and professionally.
• Handle rejection and difficult conversations with professionalism.
• Obtain permission and complete warm live transfers.
• Remain on the call until the receiving representative accepts the handoff.
• Record notes, dispositions and follow-up requirements.
• Handle callbacks and unsuccessful transfers per procedures.
• Learn and work across multiple campaigns.
