Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking Junior AI/ML Engineers to build AI agents for customer conversations via voice and chat. You will work on retrieval, orchestration, APIs, and integrations to turn prototypes into reliable production solutions.

You will collaborate with full-stack engineers, CX designers, and operations to deliver practical, secure, and effective AI-powered experiences. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience, internships, or relevant projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software or ML engineering experience (incl. internships).
• Solid Python skills; familiar with Git, Docker, and basic SQL.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Hands-on with an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building an AI agent that calls tools/APIs using frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience building a RAG pipeline: document chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval tuning.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that interact with users and hand off to humans when needed.
• Develop retrieval pipelines for RAG, leveraging approved sources.
• Connect AI agents to CRMs, ticketing systems, databases, and messaging channels.
• Build and manage APIs, including authentication and versioning.
• Support voice AI development with speech-to-text and multilingual capabilities (English/Spanish).
• Test with automated evaluations and guardrails to improve quality and safety.
