Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring a Junior AI/ML Engineer to build AI agents for customer conversations via voice and chat. You will work on retrieval, orchestration, APIs, and integrations to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with engineers, CX designers, and operations to deliver practical, secure AI experiences. English and Spanish proficiency and up-to-date cloud skills are essential for this fully remote role in Colombia or Mexico.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software or ML engineering experience.
• Solid Python skills and familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic SQL.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI).
• Experience building an AI agent that calls tools/APIs using LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience building a RAG pipeline with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval tuning.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs with authentication and rate limits.
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that converse with users, call tools/APIs, and hand conversations to humans.
• Develop retrieval pipelines (RAG) to answer questions from approved sources.
• Integrate AI agents with CRMs, ticketing systems, databases, and messaging channels.
• Build and manage APIs with gateways, authentication, and versioning.
• Support voice AI development using speech-to-text and text-to-speech in English and Spanish.
• Test and improve quality with evaluations, tests, and guardrails.
• Assist deployment and monitoring via CI/CD and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, CX designers, and operations to ship production-ready solutions.
