Job summary

Nearshore Business Solutions seeks a versatile AI Prompt & Technical Support / Account Technical Manager for remote work in Colombia. You will drive AI prompting and workflow configuration, manage customer accounts, and support third-party integrations across multiple brands.

You will set up and troubleshoot integrations, optimize automation workflows with Make and Zapier, and provide proactive technical guidance to customers. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI prompting and workflow configuration.
• Experience in account management, customer success, or technical support.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and integration platforms like Make or Zapier.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between third-party applications and business systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize AI prompts and workflows to meet customer needs.
• Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
• Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between platforms and systems.
• Manage and optimize automation workflows using Make, Zapier, and other tools.
• Provide general customer and technical support and document solutions.
