Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams and architect AI-enabled solutions that run in production. You will join a three-way role: consultant, operator, and engineer, working directly with client teams to scope, design, and deliver AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities cover discovery, architecture, implementation, and delivery, ensuring robust integration with clients’ systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and translate to specifications.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration, context, and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems — agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD including environments, testing, and release processes.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, supporting pre-sales scoping and proposals.
