Job summary

Vivant is a fast-growing U.S.-based MSP delivering enterprise-grade connectivity and managed IT solutions to multi-location clients. We seek an Accounting Officer to support accounting, billing, collections, and financial reporting, collaborating with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and internal teams.

This remote role requires accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and strong English communication. You will handle journal entries, AP/AR, month-end close, audits, and process documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting, billing, AR/AP or finance roles.
• Experience supporting US or international clients preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Review projects and tickets to ensure accurate client billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process accounts payable and review vendor invoices.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure billing accuracy.
• Create SOPs and training materials; identify automation opportunities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
