Job summary

Graphite Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in US or Global Finance. The role manages full-cycle accounting for multiple clients in a fast-paced, remote environment, handling reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close.

Key tasks include US tax filings coordination, revenue recognition under ASC 606/IFRS 15, and client management with CFOs and managers. Remote, full-time opportunity with laptop and stipend support.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle accounting experience for multiple clients in a remote setting.
• Experience preparing monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements and reports.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/IND-AS is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including reconciliations and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate US sales/use tax filings and audits support.
• Review contracts for accurate revenue recognition per ASC 606/IFRS 15.
