VargasAndrews LLC seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to lead teams and work directly with U.S.-based clients. You will oversee the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and payroll oversight, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across multiple client accounts.

The role emphasizes process improvements, automation, and using AI tools to enhance efficiency while coordinating with a Fractional Controller for strategic initiatives. LATAM remote setup with US clients expected.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in accounting or local equivalent with credential.
• Current professional public-accounting credential in good standing (CPA/CPC/etc).
• U.S. CPA license is an additional advantage and CMA can help.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage client engagements with U.S.-based clients and coordinate team deliverables.
• Review accounting work, mentor juniors, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and responsible use of AI tools.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate clearly across time zones.
