A growing finance and accounting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Professional to manage full-cycle accounting tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment. Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in US or Global Finance, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple clients. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel are essential. The position offers the flexibility of remote work with a supportive equipment reimbursement policy.

Formación

• 3 to 7 years of experience in US or Global Finance.
• Deep understanding of Cash and Accrual basis accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP framework (IFRS/IND-AS is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including reconciliations and payroll.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end closing activities.
• Manage US Sales/Use tax filings and audits.
• Review contracts for sales invoice setup compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality service to clients.
