A growing Property Management firm based in Miami is looking for a reliable Accounting Assistant to help the Accounting Manager with financial and administrative tasks. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and familiarity with QuickBooks. This fully remote position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the accounting and property management fields, making it ideal for proactive individuals who can handle multiple tasks effectively.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping.
• Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with transaction classification in QuickBooks.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Verify if vendor invoices have been paid.

Conocimientos

Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping

Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately

Comfortable communicating via email and phone

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Good written English
