Job summary

Hustler Marketing LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee assigned client accounts and their stores, planning and briefing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.

You will manage client communications, coordinate a cross-functional team, and report results while maintaining strong relationships. This role supports a remote work setup with an emphasis on accountability and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in digital marketing with at least 6 months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership experience, especially leading a team of creatives to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and oversee the marketing campaigns for assigned clients and ensure performance targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure productivity, communication, and trust with Hustler Marketing.
• Plan, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, flows, and related strategies to drive revenue.
• Lead a team of Account Managers, Associates, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.
• Regularly report on campaign performance, revenue impact, and optimization results to clients and internal stakeholders.
