Job summary

Hustler Marketing LLC is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned client stores, plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns aimed at boosting conversions and sales. You will lead teams of copywriters and designers and nurture strong client relationships to ensure campaigns meet client revenue goals.

You will report to the Head of Account Managers and collaborate with the Service Director while working remotely with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a digital marketing role with email marketing exposure
• Leadership experience managing creatives to deliver client work
• Ability to work independently with high accountability
• Strong communication, time management, and responsiveness
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with remote teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage campaigns for assigned clients to ensure performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and trust
• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies (email, SMS, pop-ups, flows) for ~40 campaigns per month
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
• Analyze data to inform strategy and report on campaign results
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and ensure timely delivery
