Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in digital marketing, including 6+ months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership experience, especially leading a team of creatives to deliver client work.
• Ability to work independently with high accountability and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Effectively managing and overseeing the marketing campaigns of assigned clients to ensure execution and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize productivity and trust with Hustler Marketing.
• Lead teams (Copywriters, Designers, Account Managers’ Associates) to plan, brief, and deliver campaigns on schedule.
• Prepare regular client communications, reports, and campaign performance analyses to drive revenue.
