Job summary

Alcor is a growing tech company providing an all-in-one platform for tech product companies to scale R&D centers in LATAM and Eastern Europe. The role focuses on managing client relationships across the US and Europe, onboarding/offboarding staff, payroll, benefits, payroll, and HR administration for LatAm and international teams.

You will coordinate across departments to resolve client requests, advise on HR policies and confidentiality, and organize personnel records while enabling a flexible

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in roles such as HR Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or other client/HR related positions.
• Customer-oriented; able to identify and meet customer needs and deliver WOW service.
• Knowledge of government legislation and HR policies and practices.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Strong administrative & organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work at pace, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting trusted relationships with US and European portfolio of clients.
• Act as the lead point of contact in LatAm for all customer matters, including signing agreements, terms of cooperation, onboarding/offboarding of contractors and employees, payroll administering, coordinating hardware purchases, office/coworking rentals, medical insurance provision, and preparing financial reports & budgets.
• Coordinate cross-department cooperation to solve client requests.
• Act as HR advisor guiding payroll, benefits, associates' scheduling, and other inquiries.
• Onboard and integrate new employees according to local rules and policies.
• Organize and maintain personnel records.
• Coordinate return and administration of new starters' paperwork to ensure timely onboarding.
• Manage the employee off-boarding process.
