Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Talent Manager to lead the regional talent, organizational development, culture, engagement and internal communications for Middle Americas. You will work closely with senior leaders to strengthen the talent pipeline and ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

The role is highly strategic, requiring collaboration across multiple countries and stakeholders to drive data-based talent initiatives and organizational capabilities that enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is desirable.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Talent strategy, development, engagement, culture and internal communications for Middle Americas.
• Manage performance cycles and Talent Review processes, identify key talent and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
• Design and track succession plans for critical business roles.
• Implement leadership and organizational development programs to accelerate strategy execution.
• Lead culture, climate and engagement initiatives focused on attracting, developing and retaining talent.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and management teams on talent and organization decisions.
• Define metrics, measure outcomes and ensure impact of talent programs on business results.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional team.
