Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead growth across 22 health & wellness stores and a fast-growing e-commerce platform. The role focuses on operational excellence, sustainable sales growth, talent development, and delivering an exceptional omnichannel customer experience.

You will guide regional managers and store leaders, drive revenue, appoint expansion initiatives, and partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Digital teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Own and drive key business metrics.
• Lead regional managers, store leadership teams, and commercial operations across the retail network.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities, productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, visual merchandising, store layout excellence, and superior customer service.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Digital teams to deliver business objectives.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, leadership, collaboration, and people development.
