Tidal is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to own daily procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing DTC wellness brand. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight providers, packaging partners, and the 3PL, while taking over Claude-powered operations to support execution and improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in operations or supply chain, strong Shopify and Excel skills, excellent English, and a proven remote-work track record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably in eCommerce/consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, packaging partners, freight providers, and 3PLs independently, with ability to push for deadlines and resolve disruptions.
• Strong inventory and replenishment skills, including stockout risk identification and coordinating supply with demand/promotions.
• Hands-on Shopify experience, incl. settings and integrations affecting checkout, availability, or fulfillment.
• Strong Claude proficiency; integrate Claude into workflows and operate Claude back-end processes.
• Proficiency in Google Slides or Excel for tracking, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2); confident leading vendor calls and communicating risks/solutions.
• Reliable remote-work track record with timely responses and SOP adherence.
• Willingness to provide full-time exclusive commitment and overlap with the client’s hours.

Responsabilités

• Own procurement and supplier execution from PO through receipt at the 3PL.
• Hold vendors accountable by pushing for deadlines and clear actions.
• Maintain inventory availability and coordinate replenishment around launches and promotions.
• Manage logistics and 3PL performance, incl. freight bookings and shipment tracking.
• Maintain Shopify configurations and relevant integrations impacting checkout and fulfillment.
• Take over Claude-powered operations and validate outputs in daily workflows.
• Track performance and costs across inventory, POs, delivery timelines, and partners.
• Communicate issues promptly and ensure resolution with minimal founder follow-up.
• Follow SOPs and maintain recurring checklists for consistent operations.
