Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a senior operations leader to coordinate the teams centralising Latin America operations within the GCoE and to be the main contact for COOs and regional leaders, ensuring consistent service delivery, standardised processes, and SLA performance across the insurance broking business.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management in Insurance.
• Experience leading regional teams and strategic projects in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA and KPI performance across GCoE operations cells.
• Prepare executive reports for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation across the region.
• Assist in managing operational risk and service quality.
• Support adoption of policies, procedures, and technology.
