Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a regional security leader to coordinate Global Safety & Security across Latin America. You’ll translate global strategies into practical local actions, working with country leaders to adapt controls, audits, and response plans.

The role requires handling incident response, risk assessments, and collaboration with HR, Legal, Real Estate, and other functions. Travel 30–50% and fluency in English and Spanish are essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting security operations across multiple Latin American countries, cities, or jurisdictions.
• Experience carrying out physical security and country risk assessments and turning findings into practical mitigation plans.
• Ability to write concise incident reports, risk assessments, executive summaries, and operational updates in English.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day execution of Gallagher’s Global Safety & Security work across Latin America.
• Be the main in-region contact for security matters, helping country and business leaders make sensible decisions when risk changes.
• Carry out physical security reviews, site audits, readiness checks, and country risk assessments; document vulnerabilities and remediate.
