Gallagher in Bogotá seeks an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate Latin America GCoE processes and align regional delivery with global standards.

You'll work with COOs and regional leaders to monitor SLA/KPI, lead improvement initiatives, and manage operational risk across the insurance broking and HR services divisions. Fluency in Spanish required; English advantageous.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of experience in operations management in Insurance.
• Led regional teams and strategic projects in insurance.
• Experience with SLA management, KPI tracking, and workforce management.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Ability to influence regional and global stakeholders.
• Data analysis to inform decisions and recommendations.

OverviewYou’ll lead the coordination of the teams that centralise operations processes for Latin America within the GCoE. You’ll be the main point of contact for COOs and regional operations leaders, helping to keep service delivery consistent, processes standardised, and SLA performance on track across the insurance broking business.

How You\'ll Make An ImpactIn this role, you’ll bring together global operations activity and make sure day to day work stays aligned to business goals and global standards. You’ll work closely with COOs, regional operations leaders, and internal teams to keep service running smoothly, track performance, and share clear updates with senior leaders.

You’ll also help shape and deliver improvement plans that make processes simpler, faster, and more consistent across the region. Alongside that, you’ll manage operational risk, support the rollout of policies, procedures, and technology, and help teams use the right tools in the right way.

• Monitor SLA and KPI performance across GCoE operations cells.
• Prepare executive reporting for senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation work.

About You

• You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 8 or more years of experience in operations management in Insurance
• You have led regional teams and strategic projects in insurance organisations.
• You have worked with SLA management, KPI tracking, and workforce management.
• You have used agile methods and continuous improvement practices.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience is preferred.
• You can influence regional and global stakeholders.
• You can analyse data and turn it into clear decisions and recommendations.
• You speak Spanish at native level and English at advanced level. Portuguese is a plus.
