Work With Us is seeking a Recruiter to support our peak season on a project-based basis. You will interview candidates, assess fit, and coordinate interviews while sharing insights with hiring managers.

You will manage candidate data, post job ads, and assist with offers, onboarding, and HR tasks. English level is C1, and experience with ATS platforms is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Experience managing "cuota sena" process.
• English level: C1
• Energetic, people-oriented, and a team player
• Logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required
