Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for hourly roles. You will post openings, review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers while maintaining accurate candidate records.

The ideal candidate has recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple candidates in an ATS with precision and efficiency.

Formación

• 0.5–1 year of experience in Recruitment or related field.
• Education in Psychology or related field.
• Experience reviewing resumes and applications.
• Phone screens and interview coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry in the ATS.
• Spanish/English bilingual communication may be required depending on market.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment process for hourly positions.

This role is responsible for posting openings, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers, and maintaining accurate candidate records throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has previous recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple candidates while keeping the ATS accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Post hourly positions in the ATS.
• Review incoming applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet site-specific requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to review candidates’ work experience, qualifications, and interest in the position.
• Determine whether candidates meet the basic requirements to move forward in the hiring process.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers or hiring leaders.
• Collect and maintain accurate candidate information throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize applicant profiles and ensure required information is complete.
• Submit and manage candidate profiles through the appropriate recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Follow up on candidate status throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare or generate required reports confirming candidate suitability when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, Hiring Managers, and internal teams.
• Ensure recruitment processes are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or a related field.
• Education in Psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience reviewing resumes and applications.
• Experience conducting initial phone screens is preferred.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain organized and accurate information in an ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills may be required depending on the market.
