Archetype Infrastructure Solutions in Colombia is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to identify, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience across diverse backgrounds.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintain accurate records in the ATS while promoting diversity and inclusion

Formación

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruiting platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and team members

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and teams.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks.
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Provide timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends and local talent markets.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Bilingual Recruiter to identify, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, and can effectively connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

The Bilingual Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background-check processes as required
• Extend offers and assist with compensation discussions and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive, professional experience
• Attend career fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruiting activities
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing relationships with candidates from varied backgrounds
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, local talent markets, and effective sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, hourly, professional, or specialized positions
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms
• Knowledge of employment and recruiting practices
• Experience participating in job fairs and community outreach
• HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related degree or equivalent experience
