The role offers remote work with monthly office visits, a $1,300 compensation, 40-hour weeks, 66% health insurance coverage, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 2+ years experience as a Virtual Recruiter
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Proven experience using Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Dedicated home workspace

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract high-caliber candidates using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screen candidates to ensure the perfect fit for each role
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Implement proactive sourcing strategies including cold-calling, networking, and industry events
• Perform phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Maintain precise candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience as a Virtual Recruiter specializing in sourcing and screening
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Proven experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Dedicated professional home workspace
