Insight Global in Bogotá, Colombia, is hiring Recruiters to join our growing recruiting team and support large North American hiring initiatives with a global perspective.

You will source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process, partner closely with client-facing teams and hiring managers, and utilize leading sourcing tools in a KPI-driven environment to deliver an exceptional candidate experience across busy recruitment campaigns.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting North American markets.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar job boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting North American markets
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar job boards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• RPO or high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for healthcare payers and providers
• Experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, or other clinical talent
• IT recruiting experience will also be considered
