PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGISTICAS S.A.S. is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Specialist to support daily final-mile transportation operations and maintain visibility across routes and deliveries.

The role requires at least 6 months of Dispatch experience and English proficiency (B2-C1). You will monitor real-time operations, coordinate with leaders and carrier managers, and update multiple systems accurately.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of Dispatch experience.
• B2-C1 level English proficiency.
• Experience monitoring routes, deliveries or transportation operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor final-mile operations, routes and delivery status.
• Review activity across systems and identify exceptions.
• Communicate with leadership and carrier-partner managers.
• Identify issues, analyze data, and determine next actions.
• Escalate issues needing higher authority decisions.
• Maintain accurate updates in systems and messaging platforms.
• Follow up on open operational issues until resolved.
• Support visibility into delivery performance and route execution.
• Prioritize urgent issues by impact on delivery.
• Document actions, escalations, and outcomes for records.
• Maintain consistent communication during shifts.
• Participate in team meetings and process updates.
• Adapt to SOP and workflow changes; provide dispatch support as needed.
