Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Dispatcher in Medellín, Colombia, to serve as the primary tactical director for active over-the-road freight movements. The role involves managing the full operational cycle, coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and on plan.

Candidates must independently manage multiple shipments, solve problems, and communicate clearly while using MS Office to maintain shipment data in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee active over-the-road freight movements throughout the full operational cycle.

• Prioritize multiple active shipments and tasks in a fast-paced transportation environment.
• Manage daily dispatch activities independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely updates and follow-up throughout the transportation process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Medellín. The Dispatcher serves as the primary tactical director for active over-the-road freight movements, independently managing the full operational cycle and making sound tactical decisions to ensure shipments move efficiently and according to plan.
