PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGISTICAS S.A.S. in Medellín seeks a proactive Dispatcher to support on-site logistics operations. The role focuses on coordinating loads, assigning drivers, and ensuring smooth daily dispatch activities.

You will monitor shipments using Track & Trace and the TMS, communicate with drivers and customers, and resolve delays to maintain timely pickups and deliveries.

Formación

• Experience as Dispatcher or similar in logistics.
• Familiar with transportation operations and dispatch roles.
• English proficiency B2+ required.

We are looking for a proactive professional with experience in logistics and dispatch operations? We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Medellín!

What will you do?

• Coordinating and assigning loads to available drivers/carriers.
• Monitoring shipments through Track & Trace.
• Communicating with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Managing transportation documentation and updating information in the TMS.
• Identifying and resolving delays, route issues, and operational exceptions.
• Following up on shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics position.
• Experience in transportation, freight, trucking, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Track & Trace and TMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Ability to work on-site in Medellín.
