The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in brokerage operations, proficiency in DocuSign and Transaction Desk, and a focus on client service. Bilingual applicants, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are preferred. This full-time role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate / brokerage operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida real estate market is a plus.
• High integrity and strong potential are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
• Ensure compliance with brokerage policies and regulations.
• Assist with agent onboarding and document audits.
