Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Colombia to oversee day-to-day property operations, lead the onsite team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor coordination, lease enforcement, marketing, and maintaining resident satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with focus on delivering financial and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Real Estate
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and self-driven

Responsabilités

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and prepare monthly financial reports
• Approve invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate with vendors
• Control expenditures and manage cash handling within budget
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes
• Monitor market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to service requests
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance
• Maintain property inspections for safety and cleanliness
• Manage client/owner relationships with updates and tours
• Complete reports and other duties as assigned

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Real Estate

4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
