Royal York Property Management in Bogotá is seeking experienced Account Managers to oversee owner and tenant experiences across active property management files. You will keep files moving, inform clients, manage urgent issues, and stay organized in a high-volume setting.

This role requires strong communication with property owners, tenants, internal teams, and service providers, with a focus on outcomes and professional judgment to prevent escalations.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Property Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files and follow-ups with organization.
• Strong communication with owners, tenants, and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for property owners and tenants throughout management.
• Manage multiple client and property files with strong organization and follow-up.
• Provide proactive updates on status, pending items, and next steps.
• Handle time-sensitive issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors.
• Collect and review required documentation per company process.
• Maintain clean CRM records with notes, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Identify stalled files and escalate concerns to protect satisfaction.
• Support a structured, process-driven client experience end-to-end.
