Carat is seeking an Associate Director to lead a programmatic buying team within the Dentsu network. You will oversee daily workflow, optimization, and reporting across activation and investment teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely deliverables.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of digital media channels, and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset. You will mentor staff, drive best practices, and contribute to client success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5 years’ experience within the programmatic and digital industry.
• Experience with management of a team, with the ability to lead a highly successful team.
• Strong experience across all digital media channels and ability to eloquently speak to each.
• Strong understanding of business concepts and client objectives to identify expansion opportunities.
• Consistent, exceptional project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Collaboration mindset with a proactive work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to retain professionalism in all situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to project management and follow-through.
• Solutions oriented with strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable to daily team operations and campaign excellence, ensuring best practices evident in activation work.
• Articulate optimizations, rationale, results, and recommendations in reporting commentary and client calls.
• Develop tactical recommendations showcasing innovative thinking across platforms and audiences.
• Be an expert on the buying platforms.
• Identify and test emerging tech solutions and innovations, highlighting client value.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes for campaign management across programmatic channels.
• Manage and communicate with direct reports, setting expectations and timelines.
• Delegate and foster accountability within junior team members.
• Identify training and development needs of the team.
• Update Activation Leads on team performance and campaign health.
• Contribute to thought leadership and collateral to improve knowledge across teams.
